KB Group is an internationally operating organization where logistics services, handling and storage in the ports, value-added processing of (secondary) raw materials, and trading activities come together.

With a strong focus on recycling & circularity, we form a link in the raw materials supply chain for various Western European industries such as steel / rail infrastructure / construction (raw materials). We operate from various locations in the Netherlands and Germany, with the main focus of this position being at our location in the Western Port Area of Amsterdam.

The position:

As a crane operator of one of our handling cranes, you have an important role in the execution at our yard. You operate the crane in a good and safe manner, ensuring efficient unloading and loading of seagoing vessels and barges at our port area. You perform daily maintenance on your machine as if it were your own and ensure that 'your' crane is in good and clean condition.

Who are you:

You have a flexible and stress-resistant work attitude.
You can work independently but also excel in a team.
You have experience operating a handling crane.
You are proficient in the Dutch language.
You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one in the short term.
You don't mind working days that extend beyond 09:00 to 17:00.
