KB Group is an internationally operating organization where logistics services, warehousing in seaports, value-added processing of (secondary) raw materials, and trading activities come together.

With a strong focus on recycling & circularity, we form a link in the raw materials supply chain for various Western European industries such as steel / rail infrastructure / construction (raw materials). We operate from various locations in the Netherlands and Germany, with the main focus of this position being at our location in the Western Port Area of Amsterdam. The location for this position is Zanzibar (Africa).

The position:

As a Crusher Operator you are responsible for various matters relating to the  crusher in a quarry in Zanzibar, Africa. Such as feeding the breaker using an crane of a shovel. Managing the crusher staff and overseeing technical maintenance of the crusher. Weekly reporting en sending requested documentation to the management in the Netherlands.

• You have a flexible and stress-resistant work attitude
• You can work independently but also excel in a team
• You have experience in handling an crusher and have the needed technical knowhow
• You are proficient in the English language
• You are experienced in managing a team
• You don't mind working days that extend beyond 09:00 to 17:00

• You are on the Duth payroll for a very good salary
• Work schedule is four weeks on and then two weeks off
• Travel exepnses to the location in Zanzibar will be 100% reimbursed
• Room and board will be arranged
